You'll ensure that supplier and purchasing processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping to deliver value and quality across the business.Key responsibilities:Assisting with purchase order raising, processing and invoice query resolutionLiaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement activitySupporting category managers with reporting, data analysis and tender administrationSupporting the procurement team with supplier onboarding, documentation and contract administrationMaintaining accurate records within procurement systems and databasesAbout you:Experience in a procurement support roleStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident working with data, spreadsheets, and adept at picking up new systemsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demandsEnjoys working collaboratively in a supportive team environmentIf you want to be part of a purpose-led organisation making a real difference in animal care, apply asap and any questions, email claire.shipman@1st-executive.com
