**Job overview**:
We are looking for an Asset & Configuration Administrator within the ICT Desktop Support team based in Hellesdon, Norfolk. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who really wants to make a difference to the service we provide and the people that we support.

**Main duties of the job**:
The duties and responsibilities associated with the role include
- Service request fulfilment and access management
- Service Asset and Configuration Management
- Knowledge Management
- Provision of excellent customer service
- Achievement of Service Level Agreement and KPIs
- Project and operational support, as and when required.
- Building laptops and base units on build station, preparation of equipment ready for issue to Field Support Technicians
- Decommissioning of desktop hardware and software
- Raising requisitions onto e-Procurement & monitoring outstanding purchase orders
- Liaising with purchase department over discrepancies, liaising with suppliers over returns
- Monitoring stock levels in stores reporting low levels
- Checking quantities and signing for the deliveries
- Checking that what has been delivered matchers the paperwork and PO
- Active contribution to the Continual Service Improvement Plan
- Part of Twice weekly delivery of equipment to our offices in Suffolk
