**Your role at Orbit.**
As a housebuilder we’re passionate about designing homes and communities that we can all be proud of. Our Technical and Commercial teams strive to create award winning designs that are highly marketable, buildable, durable and cost efficient. The team are involved at every stage, from site inception and design, through construction and beyond allowing us to continually improve our products and services.

The Commercial & Technical Administrator will support the wider team in providing administrative support across all functions. This role promises personal development and growth for the right individual.
- Use the NHBC portal to create registrations and certifications
- Create Excel and PDF plot schedules
- Create and edit word documents and upload onto the portal
- Obtain signatures regarding NHBC documents and track outstanding documents
- Collate technical information from internal and external sources
- Process energy assessments, building control and warranty documents
- Communicate information to Orbit’s technical, sales and construction teams
- Organise team, internal and external customer meetings
- Take and issue meeting minutes and notes
- Request and track purchase order requests
- Upload a variety of technical and commercial documents to various systems
- Process payment of technical and commercial invoices
- Updating procurement and payment trackers
- Process tender documents and liaising with sub-contractors and consultants

**What will help you make a difference.**

You will be a confident administrator with experience managing busy workloads and able to work independently. You will possess working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management.
