You’ll be part of a pastoral team that champions calm communication and simple, steady routines.What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils during lessons, breaks and key transition timesUsing positive behaviour strategies to guide pupils back on trackWorking alongside teachers to spot triggers and reduce barriersEncouraging pupils to build confidence and resilience What We’re Looking For A degree in any subject, with strong people skillsConfidence working with teenagersA calm, patient mannerSomeone motivated to support behaviour, wellbeing and engagement Why Join Protocol Education PAYE weekly payFree behaviour and SEN training modulesLocal, friendly consultant supportA chance to develop experience for future teaching or pastoral roles All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
