It’s a varied role where every day brings something different.What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one sessionsHelping with revision, organisation and study skillsBuilding trusted relationships that support wellbeingAssisting teachers with tasks that help lessons run smoothly What We’re Looking For A recent graduate who enjoys working with young peopleSomeone patient, reliable and approachableGood organisational and listening skillsA willingness to learn from teachers and pastoral staff Why Join Protocol Education Weekly PAYE payFree CPD modules including safeguarding and study skillsFriendly consultant support from our Sunderland teamA great pathway into teaching, mentoring or pastoral work All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
