Due to substantial growth within the International Property team, a permanent position for a senior International Property Technician has arisen.Your new role Your new role working as a senior International Property Technician means you will be working very closely with the Placing brokers in analysing and filtering data sent by clients to produce market submissions and MRC slips and endorsements for brokers to present to underwriters for their consideration. You will be maintaining clear, accurate andprehensive files reflecting the transactions undertaken on behalf of clients as well as maintaining a working knowledge of clients’ accounts in order to be able to answer either client or underwriter queries. Alongside this, liaise with clients and underwriters. Preparation of MRC Slips, endorsements as well as any presentations, uploading to PPL and dealing with any tax using reporting tools. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working as an International Property Technician, ideally with experience in APAC, will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have experience in MRC slip production as well as have numeracy and literacy skills. You will also have goodmunication, organisational and data analysis skills. You will act with integrity, due skills, care and diligence. Ideally, you will have experience in systems such as PPL, and Microsoft Office Suite.PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE LONDON MARKET INSURANCE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS EITHER AN INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY TECHNICIAN OR AS A NORTH AMERICAN PROPERTY TECHNICIAN WHO IS WILLING TO WORK ON INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY BUSINESS AND CAN PRODUCE MRS SLIPS What you'll get in return You’ll be offered apetitive salary of up to c£75,000, (+ Bonus + Benefits) plus aprehensive benefits package.
