Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Generic Adults TeamLocation: SheffieldRate: £33.30An exciting job role has recently become available at Sheffield City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Generic Adult’s Team. What will your responsibilities be? As a Qualified Social Worker in the Generic Adults Team at Sheffield City Council, your main responsibilities will include assessing and supporting adults with diverse needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will also be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable adults, advocating for their rights, and promoting their well-being and independence. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to improving the lives of adults in the community.
