Defendant EL/PL Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate

Your newpany Our client is a highly-regarded defendant firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for solicitors, associates or senior associates to join their defendant EL/PL team in Manchester and Birmingham on a hybrid basis. Apetitive salary is available and negotiable dependent on experience.Your new role Dependent on your level of experience, these Defendant EL/PL positions will see you:Handle your own caseload of defendant EL/PL valued up to £500,000.Handle occasional occupational health and disease files when required, ranging in value.Assist senior team members on higher-value,plex cases.Conduct liability investigations, gather evidence, review medical evidence and prepare instructions.Draft court documents and attend court hearings.What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive. Applicants should have qualified or paralegal experience handling their own caseload of personal injury claims. Defendant multi-track personal injury experience is beneficial.
