Role Overview In joining this firm as a personal injury solicitor, you will become part of an established national practice recognised as a market leader in defendant injury work. On offer is the chance to join a team offering a predominantly litigated caseload of OL, EL/PL, Housing Disrepair and Highways cases where either liability or quantum will be disputed.  Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a someone who can demonstrate: Prior experience working on litigated injury work. Newly qualified or soon to qualify candidates will be considered. Whilst this is a defendant role those with only claimant experience will be considered as training and supervision is in place. Experience in EL/PL work is essential. Able to work in a case management led environment . Able to work as part of a team.   What’s on offer?
