Job Description Sr Principal, Lean Deployment Duties:Partner with site leadership to build and execute the CI roadmap aligned to the Lean Operating System.Lead major transformation and value-stream initiatives using Structured Problem Solving and VSM.Implement and optimize tiered visual management and daily management systems.Plan and facilitate kaizen events that drive measurable, sustainable improvements.Improve transactional and back-office processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.Deliver training on Lean/CI tools (Daily Management, 6S, SMED, Kanban, OEE, Standard Work, etc.).Coach teams at all levels to strengthen Lean capabilities and CI culture.Drive SQDCP improvements tied directly to company objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
