Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer include:Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.Manage updates to existing processes for new product launches.Review part prints and ensure design for manufacturability.Create cost comparisons and ROI calculations for supplier selection.Act as subject matter expert for interdepartmental projects.Standardize processes and documentation for quality and efficiency.Partner with quality teams to create control plans and checks.Provide training and support to production personnel.Maintain process documentation and generate performance reports.Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process-related issues.Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for equipment changes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
