With a growing presence in both domestic and international markets, they have modern production facilities and is committed to operational excellence and sustainable growth.Job DescriptionReporting to the Executive Director, you will:Lead day-to-day production activities at the plant, ensuring timely execution aligned with marketing forecastsMonitor and control batch processing, raw material charging, and yield management as per SOPs and safety normsSupervise production scheduling, manpower deployment, shift operations, and documentationEnsure availability of raw materials, maintain RM traceability, and record yields accurately for SAP entryDrive efficiency, safety, and compliance across operations, while supporting continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate closely with planning, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams to ensure seamless plant performanceEnsure logbook accuracy, valve and utility checks, and adherence to plant protocols during all shiftsThe Successful ApplicantHolds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production, or ManufacturingBrings 15-20 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing setup, preferably in chemicals or process manufacturingHas strong knowledge of SOPs, batch operations, yield tracking, and production resource planningDemonstrates excellent team supervision, coordination, and process control skillsIs safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to manage plant activities across shifts
