Those with experience with finance within in the not for profit/ public sector industry will be highly desirable for this post.Job DescriptionEnsure all finance transactions have been processed including sales and purchase invoicesManaging the company cashflow, bank and balance sheet reconciliationsWorking closely with new suppliers setting them up on the accounting system and approving payment runsIdentify and monitor income and expenditure and raise invoices as requiredAssist in management of company budgets for forecastsBank and credit card reconciliationsProducing reports and processing payroll journalsAssist with maintaining the fixed asset registerThe Successful ApplicantAAT Level 4 qualification or qualified by experience to this level with a relevant degreeThorough understanding of debits and creditsMust have previous experience in using Excel pivot tables, vlookupsProven ability to work independently and operate at a confident levelGood communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.What's on OfferA progressive role to work directly under the Head of Finance assisting with daily duties and tasksExciting company with an excellent reputation and statusPension contributionHolidays plus bank holidaysInternal and external training and developmentEmployee assistance programmeHealth plan
