Finance Administrator

Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting, due ongoing growth a Finance Administrator to join an award winning business based at their stylish Chester head office.
As their newest addition you will be joining their wider Finance department and will be predominantly supporting the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the processing of funds, debt collection and have the ability to confidently liaise with otherdepartments. The role will require involvement with other ad-hoc projects as and when necessary.
As our newest Finance Administrator (Customer and Owner) you will be accountable for the following areas of responsibility:
- Completion of the Customer Debt Reports and collecting debt on a daily basis
- Processing Customer refunds/discounts/amendments
- Processing of funds received
- Pro-actively liaising with other areas of the business to ensure the best service is provided to our Owners and Customers.
- Processing and sorting outgoing external mail
- Ad-Hoc duties as identified by the Finance Manager and the Customer and Owner Finance Team Leaders.
This is a highly varied role with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Resolution of queries
- Administration duties relating to Owner/Customer finance
- Ad-Hoc duties as identified by the Finance Manager
