Our vision is to protect people and our oceans, delivering pioneering marine solutions that enhance safety, service excellence, and long-term value for our customers and stakeholders.Job DescriptionBusiness Development Manager - Based in northern UK up to Aberdeenshire, this role involves regular UK travel (approx. 50%) to client sites and industry events.Selling hip-to-ship (STS) transfers and premium-quality marine equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand market share.Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Manage CRM and ERP tools to track pipelines and progress opportunities through all sales stages.Conduct market research to identify prospects and emerging opportunities.Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.Represent the company at industry events, promoting products and services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.The Successful ApplicantA successful Business Development Manager should have:Proven track record in strategic sales and business development.Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Good hunter type track record and can come form any sales sector however will have to research and understand the companies offering.Analytical and results-oriented approach with high attention to detail.CRM proficiency and experience managing full sales cycles.Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.Core BD skill set is the most important factor not industry served although it would be an advantage.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £58000Additional benefits, including a 10% bonusOpportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive working environment.If you are a motivated Business Development Manager ready to make an impact in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector we encourage you to apply.
