Software Development Manager

We are working with a Financial services client in the North who are looking for a Software Development Manager. They are looking for someone with experience in Financial services or other highly regulated environments. This is a permanent role, with a salaryof up to £75,000. Our client offers progression and growth within the company, and a great place to learn. They are currently embracing new technology in their transformation programme.
Key Skills
- Experience in Development team leadership, with a proven track record of people and team coaching management
- Strong Software Development skills, with experience of:
- Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Azure an advantage but not essential)
- GitHub
- API development
- Relational databases (Oracle an advantage but not essential)
- Test automation
- SQL
- Understanding and experience of agile delivery and CI/CD
**Benefits**:
- Full time 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working
- Holiday: 25 days (pro rata for part time)
- Pension: if you are eligible, you will automatically enrol into their pension scheme with 5% employee contribution, 7% employer contribution which increases with length of service
