This design and manufacturing company, which has developed a global reputation in the world of sporting, music, and cultural events, is looking for an Account Manager to look after its key clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an array of companies of all sizes including Charities, Sport Clubs, Venues, World Event organisations, and Government bodies. Key Tasks Answer sales enquiries (e-mail and phone) with professionalism, technical knowledge, courtesy, attention to detail and enthusiasm Send a quotation and supporting documentation the same day if at all possible, or the next day if not Follow up on the quotation up to 3 times or until such time as the quote is classified as “dead” or proceeds to an order. Keep enquiries organised by priority, easily identifiable so that they can be accessed by other staff. Liaise with the design team as to client’s requirements, and manage the creation of a technical visual for client to approve, if requested (and invoice as appropriate). A background in design/a knowledge of Photoshop/CAD or involvement in the design process would therefore be beneficial. We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do, customer-first attitude where nothing is too much for the client. You will be joining a company whose people go above and beyond to consistently deliver an exceptional product and service. Please note that this is an office based role.
