The school is warm, structured, and absolutely committed to helping every pupil move forward at their own pace.Your role will include • Providing 1:1 and small-group support • Using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies • Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged • Working closely with the SEND team to personalise supportWe’d love to hear from you if you have • Experience with SEMH or challenging behaviour • A steady, reassuring style • Strong communication and confidence • Full-time availabilityAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
