Working with a skilled team of support staff to create a calm, predictable environment. Using creative approaches to help pupils communicate, engage, and grow at their own rhythm. Building strong relationships that help pupils feel seen, safe, and ready to try their best Requirements A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent), with or without prior SEND experience. Someone patient and adaptable who enjoys celebrating progress in all its forms. A teacher who’s confident planning creatively and adjusting ideas on the spot.
