You’ll join a friendly, supportive team who will guide you through the routines and strategies that help pupils thrive in a calm, structured environment.What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school Supporting pupils during lessons, small-group activities, and individual tasks. Helping pupils follow routines and stay engaged in ways that match their learning needs. Working closely with teachers and support staff to adapt activities where needed. Providing encouragement, reassurance, and consistency throughout the day. What the school is looking for A patient, caring person who enjoys working with children and young people. Someone with good communication skills and a willingness to learn. A reliable, team-minded approach with a positive attitude. Experience in SEND is welcome, but not essential, as training and support will be provided. What you’ll receive from Protocol Education Weekly PAYE pay with no umbrella companies involved.
