We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Feedback & Quality Assurance Officer on a fixed-term contract. This will be initially until the end of March 2025 but could be extended from here.
-Provision of an excellent standard of customer care
-Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively
-Accurate logging of complaints and appropriate follow up actions.
-Produce performance data for the complaints management process.
-Review and implement improved processes for the complaints management system.
-Work with colleagues across the business to improve levels of complaints and ensure appropriate follow up action is taken.
Candidates should be an excellent communicator and have experience of handling complaints, must be IT literate and have excellent administrative skills.
