Due to growth within our highly successful internal sales team, we are actively seeking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join us on a full-time and permanent basis.

What will you be doing?

This is more than your usual sales role as you'll form a consultative and collaborative partnership with prospective clients. Utilising your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their business and offering the best solutions for their needs.

You will proactively contact UK businesses to position our portfolio of products and services, sharing our unique value proposition and utimately, gaining their buy-in.

Additional responsibilities include:

Working towards both individual lead and sales targets.

*

Utilising all resources available including internal databases and social media tools to prospect potential clients.

*

Regularly update internal CRM system based on activity.

*

Collaborate effectively with wider sales and marketing teams.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has high energy and drive with previous experience in both lead generation and cold calling prospective businesses. You'll be inquisitive with strong influencing skills, someone who is able to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range by cross selling additional products or services to help both organisations grow.

Additional skills and experience includes:

Previous telephony experience in a sales environment.

*

Previous experience with cold calling and lead generation.

*

Resilience with the ability to objection handle.

*

The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

*

Experience in working towards targets and KPIs.

Other useful things to know

This position is full-time based on a Monday to Friday shift pattern at 37.5 hours per week. The role will be hybrid with the expectation of working three days in the office and two days working from home
