Our client is a highly successful financial services organisation who is seeking a dynamic Operations/Office Manager to join their growing team.
* Based in the Weybridge area
* Up to £50,000 (DOE)
* Monday – Friday (office based)
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Parking
The successful candidate will possess:
* A bachelors/university degree, preferably in Legal or Business.
* Financial Services or Professional Services background.
* Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment in a small team.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Be highly numerate and comfortable working with figures and spreadsheets.
* Proficient with Microsoft products especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe.
* An excellent communicator including with investors, clients and support service companies.
* Flexible and able to work to deadlines.
* Prior experience with dealing with Know Your Customer (KYC) queries/process is desirable.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Company secretarial
* Office management
* Travel arrangements
* Board meetings and packs
* Presentations and documents
* Investor communication and maintenance
* Team records
* IT support
* Mail and couriers
* Compliance administration
* Support to the company’s founding partner
