A fantastic Director of Sales job has become available for Hotel Indigo Leeds, which will open its doors in May 2025 following a multimillion-pound refurbishment programme.
Hotel Indigo is an upper upscale boutique hotel brand focused on creating a uniquely local experience in each of their hotels. They deliver a beautiful perspective of the neighbourhood, bringing its sights, sounds, and flavours into their spaces. With 107 Bedrooms, extensive Food & Beverage areas, with Banksia, the standalone restaurant and bar concept to delight both hotel guests but also our Neighbourhood of Leeds City centre, this new opening will certainly make a statement in 2025.
This role would suit someone with strong business development experience within hotels and has existing knowledge of the Leeds market. With a hands-on approach, the Director of Sales will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, whilst building brand awareness and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
Director of Sales job in Leeds, Highlights:
Salary of up to £48,000 based on experience.
Ideal start date of early February.

Director of Sales job in Leeds, Job Role Examples:
Proactively managing daily sales activities. Ensuring sales strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved to maximise profitability.
Developing and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increased average rates, increased volume, food and beverage and conference & events sales.
Analysing current and potential market and sales trends, coordinating activities to increase revenue and market share and monitoring performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
Participating in the development of the annual commercial budget, alongside the General Manager.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, event planners, and local businesses.
Leading, developing and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
