Role as a Psychology Assistant:
As a Psychology Assistant, you will work closely with two children requiring intervention support for SEMH. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in their education and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Provide targeted one-on-one guidance to two children with SEMH needs, fostering their confidence and progress.
* Develop and implement strategies to address social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, creating a positive impact on their learning journey.
* Work alongside class teachers and support staff to create an inclusive, nurturing environment for all students.
* Design and lead interventions tailored to the children’s specific needs, utilizing innovative and engaging methods.
* Track the children’s emotional and academic development, offering insights and feedback to the teaching team.
* Build trusting relationships to support their well-being, acting as a role model and mentor.
* This role offers invaluable practical experience, bridging the gap between your Psychology studies and your future career aspirations.
