As a key member of our homecare team, you will work closely with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that you provide tailored care that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. With a strong focus on clinical excellence, we will provide you with all the support you require to give your patients quality 1:1 care while working autonomously. The role requires an experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN, holding either a formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT. A high level of care and empathy, combined with excellent organisational and IT skills, are essential. Extensive travelling is required between patients, so a full UK driving license is necessary. Your working day includes travel to and from patients, so flexibility and adaptability are key. We offer a competitive salary of £43,700 per annum, plus up to £8,740 London living allowance (location dependent), making this a highly attractive opportunity for experienced nurses looking to make a difference in the lives of others.
