Responsibilities:

Assist the Cook Supervisor in all aspects of kitchen work, including food preparation and serving.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen.
Wash equipment and clean kitchen areas, including floors, ovens, and storage areas.
Keep the servery and dining room clean and tidy.
Assist in the preparation of food and beverages.
Receive and put away deliveries, ensuring accurate recording.
Set up and dismantle dining furniture, lay tables, and serve meals.
Monitor food waste receptacles and maintain proper disposal as required.
Clean tables, sweep the dining room, and leave it in a tidy condition.
Attend training courses to enhance skills and stay updated with industry standards.
Comply with the organisation's policies, including Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, assisting in food preparation and cleanliness.
Knowledge of kitchen work processes and hygienic practises.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organise work areas efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.
Good communication and time management skills.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Food safety and hygiene certification.
Experience in table service and customer interaction.
