**Job Description**:
I am currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor in a very busy, high volume Cafe.
This Catering Supervisor is a temporary contract working from 1st May-1st August.
As Catering Supervisor, you will - Supervise the day to day operation of the cafe- Provide an efficient and effective catering service- Be responsible for supervising a small team of catering assistants- Support the catering manager and lead officer in the ordering of stock for the café- Ensuring that the café is compliant with food hygiene and relevant legislation.- Training in catering to a level 2- Food Hygiene certification- At least two years experience in a supervisory position within the catering industryAs Catering Supervisor, you will be working various shift patterns between the hours of 9am-8pm, Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sundays and will be paid £11.18 per hour.
