Regional Technical Manager

* This is a field-based role offering hybrid working across multiple sites within the East Anglia region.

Overview

Fox Morris Group are proudly supporting a well-respected and progressive farming operation who specialise in growing field vegetables and potatoes. They are highly regarded in their sector and supply national retailers at quite an impressive level.

Key Objectives

* Support the grower relations team

* Deliver crop monitoring and data management requirements for their processing business.

* Responsible for the sustainability agenda across the business

* Maintain and develop relationships with farm managers and the wider group

The role

* Monitoring potato crops and keeping close relations with growers

* Seed crop inspections & contract discussions

* Overseeing food safety and ensuring compliance

* Supporting customer relations with technical expertise

* Helping with store management, planting, irrigation, pest control, and more

Requirements

* Strong experience in agricultural management - ideally, you've worked with potatoes

* FACTS & BASIS qualifications would be ideal

* Comfortability with data management, food safety documentation, and crop inventories would be a bonus

The ideal candidate will have worked with potatoes and can be located anywhere in the East Anglia region to be considered for this role.

*A valid UK driving licence is an essential requirement
