Regional Leadership Manager

As a Regional Manager with CareTech Group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development within your region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide management support to the operations of the Cambian Group, ensuring efficient and effective coordination and delivery of performance management systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring that each children's home meets and exceeds the standards and expectations contained in its Statement of Purpose, as well as fully complying with legislative frameworks and regulations. To achieve this, you will need to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Local Authorities and other key agencies, promoting the business interests of CareTech Group within the region and maximizing opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers.
In addition to your regional responsibilities, you will also be required to liaise with Cambian Group customers to ensure all quality assurance issues remain a key focus by regularly seeking customer feedback on service provisions. You will also need to monitor consistency of Regulation 44 inspections and provide advice, assistance, and support to all managers in relation to safeguarding issues and other notifiable events.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of Children's services law and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Management of Children's services. Relevant sector degree or Level 5 Leadership & Management (Children's) qualifications are essential, as well as a related leadership qualification.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an annual quality and commercial bonus and comprehensive induction program.
