SoCode Limited is a reputable business based on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border. We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join our team.

As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customer base, both remotely and on-site. This includes installing and maintaining servers, networking equipment, and desktops, as well as planning and installing cloud systems such as Azure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Remote and on-site support for servers, networking, and end-user devices
  • Installation and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and desktops
  • Maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems, including backups, patch management, and monitoring
  • Planning and installation of cloud systems, including Azure

Requirements include a minimum of three years' experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows Server and Desktop infrastructure, Active Directory services, Office 365, SharePoint, networking, VLAN configuration, and troubleshooting.

The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 per annum.
