* Leadership Role: Help guide and develop staff within the therapeutic team by offering systemic consultations and facilitating reflective practice groups. Your leadership will help shape the team's approach to systemic thinking and evidence-based care.
* Outpatient Service: Provide therapy sessions within our Day Care Therapy Service, offering ongoing support to patients after their inpatient care, ensuring continuity of care for those who need it most.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications:
* Systemic Family Psychotherapist registered with the UKCP (via the College of Family, Couple, and Systemic Therapy).
* MSc in Family Therapies (or equivalent).
* Experience:
* Proven experience in 1:1 therapy, family therapy, and group work.

Why Join Us?
* Leadership Opportunity: As part of the team, you’ll have the chance to grow into a Therapy Lead role, contributing to the development and enhancement of therapy services across the organization.
* Comprehensive Support: Receive regular clinical supervision and access to training, development, and career progression opportunities.
* Stunning Location: Work in a beautiful setting in Bristol, with easy access to transport links and the vibrant city centre.
* Great Work-Life Balance: Full-time hours with a flexible, supportive environment designed to ensure your personal well-being.
