Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30

Are you confident in your leadership skills to lead the other Teaching Assistants?   Are you experienced in supporting children with their learning and personal development? Some of the experiences we are looking for in the ideal candidate include:

Experience working with children, in particular, children working below their age-related expectations, and children with special educational needs
Knowledge of and experience with behaviour management strategies, as well and the ability to adapt and use initiative
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a calm manner in challenging situations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents and other professionals
A patient and nurturing approach to working with children
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12.82 per hour. The working hours are from 8:30-15:30 and the role will be term-time only, enabling you to enjoy the school holidays.
