Business Development Manager
* Leading building material manufacturer requires a Business Development Manager to work on Framework agreements with National House Builders
* This is a national role working at the earliest stages of housing development, helping design and supply drainage and associated products.
* You will be from a specification sales background, with extensive experience working with National Developers.
* You will have experience in the civils sector, drainage, hard landscaping, textiles and so on.
* Experience working on Utility Adoptions would also be beneficial, that is the next stage in the process once the infrastructure is put in place this business can “adopt” the system.
* The role is national, you will be working from home then out and about seeing developers on a project-by-project basis.
