About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team in Chesterfield. This is a full-time position starting in January, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

As an SEN TA, you will:

Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they can thrive in their educational journey.
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Travel between sites, ensuring students receive consistent and high-quality support wherever they are.Requirements:

Experience working with children or young adults with Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential - a caring attitude and willingness to learn are key.
A valid driving license and access to a car are essential as site visits are a regular part of this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
