Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Our thriving mainstream secondary school in Greenwich is seeking an Inclusion Lead to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term position lasting until the end of the academic year, with a salary range dependent on your experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to support the inclusion of all students, ensuring every child has access to a high-quality education.
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and address the diverse needs of students.
Coordinate and lead interventions for students with additional needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect and understanding among students and staff.
Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices and differentiation techniques.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies regarding inclusion and equality.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
Proven track record in supporting students with diverse needs.
A current DBS check on the update service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
