About the Role:
We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our fantastic client in Liverpool. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stationery and Supplies Management: Ordering and maintaining stock of all necessary office supplies.

Timetable Scheduling: Coordinating and managing schedules to ensure smooth operations across all departments.

Travel and Accommodation Management: Booking hotels, arranging rental cars, and managing related payments.

Payment Administration: Handling and processing payments for bookings and other operational needs.

General Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the college.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Be a team player 

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
