Contract Coordinator

My client is a leading contractor within the social housing and local authority sector.
They are looking for a Contract Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of successful customer service to their clients. Covering all aspects of administration and being primary point of contact for some of their clients, you’ll help with efficiently handling operational reactive works and planned maintenance with engineers and updating clients.
Having excellent customer service skills will enable you to develop and maintain strong relationships and provide a first-class service to customers. You will be required to document schedules, update spreadsheets and do all general administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assisting the Contract Manager in scheduling and streamlining planned works to
ensure we are working in the most efficient way.
Keep client’s maintenance systems/portals up to date with crucial information and progress on jobs.
Maintain seamless communication with dedicated clients to ensure a smooth operation.
Attending pre-start, progress and ad hoc contract meetings.
Producing purchase orders and ordering correct materials/equipment to complete maintenance work.
Responding to reactive calls in a timely manner.
Collating, compiling and submitting reports for our various clients.
Work along side the technical supervisor to ensure client quotes are received in a timely
manner.
Allocating engineers/Operatives to relevant tasks, as required, and within agreed in scheduling.
Coordinating with subcontractors to obtains updates.
Issuing of introduction and programming letters to policy holders.
In depth understanding and awareness of commercial aspects of dedicated contracts.
Ensure all service level agreements and KPIs are met and proactively progress work orders for maximum efficiency.
**Essential Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year experience in delivering customer service, preferably in the social housing sector.
Excellent computer literacy with experience of data input and word processing skills.
Previous experience using a Works Management System (WMS)
Experience of working with field-based operatives allocating and re-allocating works.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
