**Job Overview**:
You are expected to have procedural and practical knowledge of Early Help Services and experience of working with children and young people 0-19. This will include experience in one or more of the following:

- Family Wellbeing Hubs or Children Centre’s
- Working with children 0-19 years: at home, in the community or school environments
- Supporting young people with mental health and wellbeing needs
- Supporting school attendance and achievement
- Working with young people and adolescence
- Supporting children and young people with SEND/ASC
- You will have knowledge of safeguarding and be an advocate for strength-based approaches underpinned by an awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) and trauma informed practice.

**Must Haves**:

- Level 3 relevant/ appropriate Qualification (i.e. A Levels, HNCB/NVQ 3)
- Be a car owner/ driver.
- DBS Certificate.
- Experience and ability to deliver activities through the appropriate models and frameworks to engage, empower and enable residents to take ownership of their own solutions and develop resilience.
- Experience of promoting engagement of the universal offer through the community, voluntary and faith sector organisations.
- The ability to move between locality delivery points depending on the needs of the service.
- Experience of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, Young people (0 - 19), their families and adults by delivering high quality interventions, acting as their single point of contact, coordinating a holistic, temporary offer of support focusing on outcomes.
