Scheme Coordinator

Ashberry is proud to be working alongside one of our partners to provide a part-time Scheme Coordinator for an over 55s housing project.
The successful candidate will work 25 hours over 5 days, Mon-Fri.
Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
1. Ensure the smooth day to day running of the scheme and welcome new residents
2. Liaise with all internal and external customers in a professional manner at all times.
3. Prompt management of voids and lettings in conjunction with the voids and lettings team.
4. Maximise the Group’s income through close liaison with the income management team, assisting residents with rent and service charge payments and help claiming relevant benefits.
5. Manage the use of communal facilities.
6. Proactively promote the schemes in the wider community.
7. Empower residents to arrange and participate in social activities within the schemes and outside in the wider community.
8. Manage emergency situations appropriately by following procedures in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures
9. Ensure services are maintained to a high standard
10. Carry out health and safety inspections at the scheme in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures
11. Attend and participate in meetings and case conferences when required.
12. Organise and conduct quarterly scheme meetings with residents
13. Ensure you work in accordance with Financial Regulations at all times.
14. Follow all Group policies and procedures in accordance with the role and attend Mandatory training when requested to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
15. Ensure you work in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy at all times.
You will need an Enhanced DBS (one can be applied for if you do not have one)
