Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Team Manager to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
You will be:
Joining the R&A Team as a Children Team Manager; your role will be to:
Managing a Team of Social Workers, ranging from Senior staff to NQSW’s – providing support and supervisions on a regular basis.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided to children and their families.
The Team works to safeguard children by carrying out initial assessments with children and families to identify any risks and determine the appropriate support needed.Essentials:
Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Senior Management role within Children’s Social Work.
