About the Position
  • Lead a team of staff to provide a caring, safe, and secure environment for children aged 8-18
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and operational excellence within the residential setting
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to plan, deliver, and review services, as well as implement and maintain quality assurance systems

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a senior role within a residential care setting, with experience of managing financial and physical resources effectively. You will also possess strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills to foster a positive and effective work environment.
