Requirements:

A qualified Social Worker with post-qualifying experience, preferably in learning disabilities or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and experience of working in social care settings, particularly with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with service users, families, and professionals to achieve successful outcomes.NonStop Consulting is looking for a Progressed Social Worker to join our Adults with Learning Disabilities Team in the North West of England. As a Progressed Social Worker in our Adults with Learning Disabilities Team, you will:
Support adults with learning disabilities to access the services and support they need to live a fulfilling life.
Work with individuals with complex health and forensic needs, providing skilled interventions to promote independence and well-being.
Collaborate with service users, families, and other professionals to create person-centred care plans that focus on desired outcomes.
Apply your knowledge of the Care Act 2014 to assess needs and provide recommendations.
