Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Dispatch Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Dispatch Administration role include but are not limited to:

* Arrange collections and deliveries

* Plan routes for drivers

* Liaise with customers and resolve complaints

* Generate PODs

* Generate labels and delivery notes

* Compile reports

* Allocate stock for dispatch

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous Dispatch Administration experience

* Be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment

* Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
