We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Specification Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with M&E Consultants and Contractors across London. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth by securing specifications and delivering advanced lighting control solutions to a variety of high-profile projects.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Specification Sales Manager, you will engage directly with M&E Consultants, Contractors, and key stakeholders to position the company’s innovative lighting control solutions. Your primary focus will be securing project specifications, managing the sales pipeline, and building trusted relationships across the London market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and grow relationships with M&E Consultants, Contractors, and industry decision-makers to secure project specifications.

* Identify and develop opportunities for lighting control solutions in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

* Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations showcasing the benefits of our innovative solutions.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, design, and project delivery, to ensure client requirements are met seamlessly.

* Proactively manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular updates to senior leadership.

* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate new leads.

* Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitor activity to position solutions effectively in the market.

* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s continued success in the lighting controls sector.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven track record of success in specification sales within the lighting controls, electrical, or building services industry.

* Strong experience working with M&E Consultants and Contractors, particularly within the London market.

* A consultative sales approach with the ability to build long-term relationships and influence decision-makers.

* Technical understanding of lighting control systems and a passion for innovative technology-driven solutions.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed targets.

* Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex sales pipelines and forecasts.

* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
