They are seeking a motivated Part-Time Office Manager to join their dynamic team and support their ongoing growth.

Position Overview

As a Part-Time Office Manager, you will be involved in a range of tasks supporting their cleaning operations, including administrative duties and assisting on-site cleaning teams. They are looking for someone versatile, organized, and dynamic, with the ability to work independently, make decisions, and embrace new challenges.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and AI tools is essential (minimum 5 years). Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience preparing risk and method statements is also key. You will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Administrative Support: Manage schedules, reporting, and office tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word. Maintain accurate records of cleaning assignments, client preferences, and inventory.

* AI Integration: Use AI-based software and tools for data entry, workflow improvement, job scheduling, and reporting. Training will be provided as needed.

* Cleaning Operations: Assist with on-site paperwork, including health and safety compliance and risk assessments. Ensure cleaning services meet high standards.

* Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure timely and quality completion of jobs. Support senior staff in managing multiple projects.

* Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients, address queries, and provide excellent customer service. Operate and manage the office phone.

Key Requirements

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Experience with AI tools or a willingness to learn (training available).

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

* Proactive, flexible attitude, and eagerness to take on varied roles.

* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours & Flexibility

They offer flexibility to accommodate mutually suitable working hours. The role is Monday to Friday, starting at 20 hours per week. Adjustments such as fewer days with longer hours can be arranged for the right candidate.
