Role Overview: As a Desk-Based Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts.

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
