Overview:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating client information in our computerized system
- Assist with general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order parts and deal with customer invoices
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
