Tezlom, a leading recruitment agency established in 2008, are recruiting for CAMHS Practitioner in Chelmsford
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
* To undertake weekly complex assessments and work with patients presenting with high levels of risk
* To complete Crises follow up work offering ongoing support and risk management.
* To offer treatment to allocated cases.
* To attend MDT and team meetings. Attend CPA, Child protection and Child in need and strategy meeting as required.
* To support band 6 roles.
Skills:
* Assessment and formulation skills-
* Risk assessment and Risk management skills.
* Care planning skills.
* Good verbal and written communication.
* Demonstrate skills in partnership working.
* Experience of working with young people, families, and school/ Social care.
