Tezlom, a leading recruitment agency established in 2008, are recruiting for CAMHS Practitioner in ChelmsfordWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmResponsibilities: * To undertake weekly complex assessments and work with patients presenting with high levels of risk * To complete Crises follow up work offering ongoing support and risk management. * To offer treatment to allocated cases. * To attend MDT and team meetings.
